If you are anything like me, then you are probably Christmas shopping on a tight, very tight, budget. So if that is you, or you just like to save money, keep reading! This year I had a very small budget as far as to what I could spend on all of my family and friends. So here are few things that I have found that help to stay in that budget!
- Shop on black Friday. Okay, I know that so many people are so against it but seriously, if you can, get out on black Friday and so some shopping. If I can give you one tip, just one thing to always do, it is to plan before you go out. So make a list of everyone you have to buy for, and then brainstorm what you would want to get them, and then look at adds and see where you actually want to go. Planning is the biggest key to staying sane!
- Shop the sales! This seems so simple, but I know enough people who will tell everyone “I won’t shop the sales because it’s too hectic”, but that’s not always true. Sometimes stores will not only have the sales in stores but also online. Sometimes you can get deals online that you can’t get in the store, and also sometimes all it takes is getting up to a store a little earlier then they open and getting the deal before the craziness really happens. The perfect example of this is Bath and Body Works! If you aren’t signed up for their mailing this, you defiantly need to go and do that because they are constantly offering deals!
- Ebates! Everyone talks about Ebates, and everyone talks about how great it is. Let me tell you, I thought it was a hoax. But after using it for a few months, I can fully say that it is not a hoax! Basically what Ebates is, is a website that gives you rebates on the stuff you buy in regular stores. To find out more, click the following link. https://www.ebates.com/
Have y’all ever used Ebates? What did you think of it? Did any of these help you out? I’d loved to know!
Hope y’all are ready for the next 8 days worth of fun/Christmas related post!
Love, Megan Anne
