Buffalo Chicken Bites

Welcome back! So how many people out there love buffalo chicken? Well, I love them so much! They have just enough kick to them, but they aren’t to much! So, I searched the internet (Pinterest) and have found a recipe that I truly loved! So, I’m going to share it here, for y’all! The recipe I was using came from A Day In The Life Blog and if you’d like to check it, you can head on over there!

But if you’d like, here is the ingredients and the cooking instructions!

Ingredients –

  • For The Chicken
    1. Chicken Tenderloins or Chicken Breast
    2. Poultry Seasoning
    3. 1/2 cup of Flour
    4. 1 tsp Garlic Powder
    5. 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
    6. 1/2 tsp Salt
    7. 1 Egg
  • For The Sauce
    1. 2 tbsp butter
    2. 1/2 cup of Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
    3. 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
    4. 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Extra’s – 

  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • Bowls (2 – 3)
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife
  • Non-Stick Cooking Spray


Cooking Instructions – 

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Melt the 2 tbsp of butter, and set a side to cool to room temp.
  3. Take the chicken and cut it into bite size pieces. This is your preference.

  5. In 1 bowl, whisk egg like you would for scrambled eggs. In 2 bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of flour, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper and 1/2 tsp salt13938456_1226478434029220_8486646774933842604_n13882535_1226478407362556_2547754220136357141_n

  7. Dip each piece in the egg and then in flour mix. Place them on the tray once done.13934949_1226478524029211_7612866395657120290_n
  8. Place chicken bites in the over for 10 – 15 minutes, then take out and flip. Place back in over for an additional 10 – 15 minutes. Or until golden brown13903376_1226478630695867_5648065966142748683_n13901480_1226478654029198_2198759608209374295_n
  9. Take a moment and clean up from the first mess.
  10. Now time to make the sauce! Mix together 2 tbsp of butter and the 1/2 cup of Frank’s Red Hot Sauce. Make sure they are both are room temp, that way it’ll mix without clumping. Then mix in the 1/2 tsp sea salt and 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper.13920892_1226478624029201_4288650593702537811_n

  12. Serve with whatever sides you like. Carrots, celery, bell pepper, ranch, blue cheese, whatever works for you!13903376_1226478814029182_7404153470028826087_n
